Terms & Conditions

ACCEPTANCE: Our Terms and Conditions are displayed on site and on our website. Proceeding with payment of any services indicates that you have read, understood, and accept our Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT: All bookings are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the term. In the instance where payments are not received by the due date, there is no obligation to fulfil lessons until payments are received.

CANCELLATIONS: Step by Step Academy require ALL session cancellation requests to be made 24 hours prior. Any cancellation or reschedule requests that are made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee and the session will be forfeited.

Step by Step Academy requires ALL booking cancellation requests to be made 14 business days prior to be eligible for a FULL refund. Upon acceptance you agree that any booking cancellations made less than 14 business days will not entitle any refund. Any cancellation requests that are medical or emergency requires a medical certificate to be provided, and at our discretion, may provide you with a credit note to reschedule the booking.

Step by Step Academy does not offer make up sessions for ALL group sessions. 

DROP OFF AND COLLECTION: Every child must be dropped off and collected from the premises by their parent or guardian. All children must arrive on time to the booking, any late arrivals may result in the session and/or lesson being forfeited. If another adult will collect your child, please inform Step by Step Academy beforehand and request a confirmation by email or text prior to the start of the lesson.

ALL collections must be made on time, according to your booking, to avoid any late fees. 

PHOTOGRAPHY: During the time on our premises, you acknowledge and agree that we may take photographs of your child during sessions, and may use those photographs on our website, social media platforms, and in other marketing material. Unless you otherwise notify us in writing. You agree that all copyright in any photographs belongs to us.

BEHAVIOUR: At Step by Step Academy, we have a strict NO BULLYING POLICY that we abide by, and under no circumstance do we tolerate or allow any type of bullying to take place. Additionally, we do not accept your child disobeying instructions (specifically Safety instructions), inappropriate touching and/or inappropriate comments of any kind. You agree that your child, and yourself, will comply with the policy.

PROPERTY AND DAMAGE: Step by Step Academy is not liable for any lost items and/or damage to your child belongings. In the instance where your child damages any property of Step by Step Academy, you are fully responsible for the costs of replacing any damaged resources, tools or equipment.
